Freemind is a mobile application that helps you maintain relationships by reminding you to stay in touch with friends and family. The App lets you set custom reminder intervals for the people you add, track your last contact with them, and view relationship insights and statistics. The App is provided "as is" for your convenience.
3. Use of the App

You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY

- ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF REMINDERS OR DATA
We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time, or that the App will be free of errors or interruptions. Maintaining your relationships remains your own responsibility; the App is only an aid.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A MISSED OR DELAYED REMINDER
- LOSS OF DATA STORED WITHIN THE APP
6. Permissions and Data
6.1 Device Permissions
The App may request certain permissions on your device, including:
- Notifications: To remind you when it's time to reach out to someone
- Contacts (optional): If you choose to import a contact's details rather than typing them manually
- Storage: To save your reminders and preferences locally on your device
6.2 Local Data Storage
The App stores data locally on your device, including the contacts, dates, and notes you add, and your reminder preferences. This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, code, and content, is the property of the developer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without explicit written permission.
8. Modifications to the App
The developer reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time
- Release updates that may add, modify, or remove features
- Change these Terms at any time
Continued use of the App after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics or advertising services. Its distribution relies on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, which have their own terms and privacy policies that also apply to your use of the App.
