By downloading, installing, or using any MelihFirat Apps mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.

2. Description of Service

MelihFirat Apps provides mobile applications including:

  • MovieTok: A movie discovery app with social-media style browsing
  • Freemind: A friend reminder and relationship management app
  • Exam-prep apps (telc A1, Goethe A1/A2/B1) and vocabulary flashcards (Goethe, DELF, DELE, IELTS)
  • Holy Quran, Color Picker, and Egg Timer: independent utility apps for everyday use

3. User Responsibilities

Appropriate Use

You agree to use our applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use the apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the applications
  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the applications
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by MelihFirat Apps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of our applications, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The applications are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MelihFirat Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our applications.

If you download our applications from an app store (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and MelihFirat Apps, not with the app store provider. The app store provider is not responsible for our applications or any claims relating to them.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the applications after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
