1. Acceptance of Terms
Use of “telc A2” (the “App”) means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the App.
2. Unofficial Application Disclaimer
The App is independent and unofficial. It is not affiliated with telc gGmbH or associated entities. Nothing in the App is endorsed by telc gGmbH.
Important notices:
- Developer: Melih Firat (indie developer)
- No connection to telc gGmbH
- “telc” appears for reference only
- Referenced test formats are for training purposes
3. Trademark and Copyright
“telc” and related marks are the property of telc gGmbH. This App does not claim rights to these marks. Use of “telc” is for descriptive/referencing purposes in the context of A2 preparation.
The App is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by telc gGmbH.
4. Subscription Services
Available Subscriptions:
- Telc A2 Pro Lifetime (Product ID:
telc_a2_pro_lifetime)- Duration: Lifetime (one-time purchase)
- Non-renewing purchase
- Telc A2 Pro Monthly (Product ID:
telc_a2_pro_monthly)- Duration: 1 month
- Auto-renewing subscription
- Telc A2 Pro Annual (Product ID:
telc_a2_pro_annual)- Duration: 1 year (12 months)
- Auto-renewing subscription
Subscription and Purchase Terms:
- Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the period, it will auto-renew at the current rate.
- Payment: Charged to your Apple ID/Google Play account.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime in App Store/Play Store settings or manage via RevenueCat. Cancellation is immediate; access continues to period end.
- Refunds: Subject to store policies.
- Price Changes: Advance notice will be provided; continuing use after change indicates acceptance.
- Restore: Restore purchase on a new device to continue access.

- Complete vocabulary lists
5. User Accounts and Data
You may not share your subscription.
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
App Content: You do not own the content; you receive a limited license to use it for personal, non-commercial study.
Restrictions: Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or sell any App content.
User Content: You retain rights to content you create; you grant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and use such content in the App.
7. Educational Purpose
The App is for training and learning only. It does not guarantee telc A2 certification or results. Actual exam performance depends on multiple factors.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided “AS IS”:
- No express warranties
- No guaranteed accuracy, completeness, or availability
- No liability for damages from use
- Not a substitute for official telc materials or courses
- Not affiliated with any certification body
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed, the developer is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages related to the App. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may terminate access for violations of these terms.
On termination, your license ends and you must stop using the App.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may change these terms. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Turkey laws, without conflict-of-law provisions.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Melih Firat concerning use of the App and supersede prior agreements.
By using the App, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
