You acknowledge that cooking involves inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from your use of the App.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM TIMING INACCURACIES
- LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE
