1. Acceptance of Terms
Use of “DELF A1 : Préparation Examen” (the “App”) means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the App.
2. Unofficial Application Disclaimer
The App is independent and unofficial. It is not affiliated with France Éducation international or any associated entities. Nothing in the App is endorsed by them.
Important notices:
- Developer: Melih Firat (indie developer)
- No connection to France Éducation international
- “DELF” appears for reference only
- The exams in the App are practice material written for the App to the shape the DELF A1 prescribes. They are not past papers and not official test material
- The App issues no diploma and its results have no official standing
3. Trademark and Copyright
“DELF” and related marks are the property of their respective owners, including France Éducation international. This App does not claim rights to these marks. Their use is for descriptive/referencing purposes in the context of preparing for the DELF A1 exam.
The App is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
The App is free to download. The first exam of every section and part of the word list are free. A Pro upgrade unlocks the full content and is offered in three forms:
- Monthly Pro (Product ID:

- Auto-renewing subscription
- Annual Pro (Product ID:
french_a1_pro_annual)- Duration: 1 year (12 months)
- Auto-renewing subscription
- French A1 Pro Lifetime (Product ID:
french_a1_pro_lifetime)- One-time purchase, does not renew
- Grants access to the Pro content of this App for as long as it is available on the App Store
Purchase Terms:
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the current rate unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. The lifetime purchase never renews.
- Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: Handled by Apple and subject to its policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
- Price Changes: Advance notice will be provided; continuing use after a change indicates acceptance.
- Restore: Use “Restore Purchases” on a new device to regain access with the same Apple ID.
- Free content: The first exam of every section and part of the word list remain available without any purchase.

5. User Data
You may not share your subscription.
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend access that violates these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
App Content: The practice exams, audio recordings, sample answers, speaking prompts, tips, word lists and translations are ours. You receive a limited license to use them for personal, non-commercial study.
Restrictions: Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or sell any App content.
User Content: You retain rights to content you create — including any Production écrite text you write in the App, which stays on your device. You grant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and use such content in the App.
7. Educational Purpose and Self-Assessment
The App is a study tool for the DELF A1 exam. It does not guarantee any diploma or exam result, and it is not itself an exam. Actual exam performance depends on multiple factors.
Production écrite and Production orale are assessed by you, against the sample answers and prompts the App supplies. Any scores the App shows are estimates produced for practice. They are not an official assessment, they do not bind any examiner, and they say nothing about how an official DELF A1 sitting would be graded.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided “AS IS”:
- No express warranties
- No guaranteed accuracy, completeness, or availability
- No liability for damages from use
- Not a substitute for official DELF preparation materials, a language course, or a registered sitting of the exam
- Not affiliated with any certification body
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed, the developer is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages related to the App. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may terminate access for violations of these terms.
On termination, your license ends and you must stop using the App.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may change these terms. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Turkey laws, without conflict-of-law provisions.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Melih Firat concerning use of the App and supersede prior agreements.
By using the App, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
